Hotel Ambassador Zermatt

Great location, just a short walk from the train station and close to the skibus stop. The staff was really helpful and friendly. The room wasvery comfy and tidy, with a nice balcony facing south. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of options available.

We were delighted with the cleanliness and comfort of our room at Ambassador. The location was convenient, being close to the train station and Main Street. We were kinda surprised by the fine view of the Matterhorn from our balcony. The front desk provided excellent service, helping us with recommendations for activities and restaurants. The swimming pool area was clean and enjoyable. our stay at Ambassador was fantastic and we highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay here. The location is perfect, just steps away from the train station, and everything is easily accessible. The breakfast was absolutely amazing with a wide variety of choices. The staff were very welcoming and always willing to help out. We enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and the sauna, they were very relaxing and clean.

The hotel's location just outside the train station made it incredibly convenient for us to explore the city. The staff, especially the receptionist and Martha from the breakfast station, were extremely helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel lacked simple food options at night, like vending machines, and the convenience stores nearby closed early.
